Traffic stop leads to arrest of suspect wanted in connection with deadly shooting

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A traffic stop led to the arrest of a man wanted for murder, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department. Tremal Baker, 30, was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on several charges including one count of first-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon or dangerous instrumentalities, possession of a firearm, resisting an officer, insurance required and headlights required.
