A woman told a man on Instagram to meet her at a Baton Rouge parking garage for sex, then shot him, police said. Latoria Matthews, 23, arranged the April 7 social media meet-up in the LaSalle parking garage on Lafayette Street, then shot the 24-year old victim multiple times, according to a news release. He was able to escape and make it to the hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
