SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) – A man has died after being hit by a truck while riding his bicycle in Sulphur. Austin Herring, 29, of Zachary, was riding south on Carlyss Drive, near the shoulder, around 10 p.m. Wednesday when a truck hit him from behind, according to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office.
