BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – One person is dead following a shooting in Baton Rouge on Monday (Dec. 16) night. The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office identified the victim as Courtney Hart, 35. The shooting happened around 10 p.m. in the 13600 block of Kenner Avenue near Perkins Road.
