BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Shelters in the Baton Rouge area are staying open so those in need can stay safe during the winter storm.
Louisiana is expected to see a mix of rain, freezing rain and sleet starting on Monday night. On Tuesday morning residents may start to see sleet, freezing rain and snow. Models show the Greater Baton Rouge area could get anywhere between 2 and 7 inches of snow.
