Bay St. Louis police on Tuesday arrested a Louisiana man for allegedly assaulting an officer.
“On March 4, 2025, the Bay St. Louis Police Department arrested Johnnie Viola III, a 45-year-old male of Baker, LA., and charged him with one count each of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public intoxication and simple assault on a law enforcement officer,” Bay Interim Chief Alvin Kingston said in a press release.
