Man wanted by Baton Rouge police in the strangulation of his significant other in her home

Baton Rouge police have identified a suspect believed to have strangled his significant other in her home last week.

Richard Stinson, 68, is wanted on counts of first-degree murder and home invasion after he allegedly entered the home of Rose Davillier, 68, on April 14 and killed her.
