Baton Rouge man charged in connection with shooting that left 18-year-old dead

BATON ROUGE, La. ( Louisiana First ) — A Baton Rouge man was charged in connection with an April shooting that left an 18-year-old dead inside a car.

Albert Boatner, 18, was charged with principals and second-degree murder.
