BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – BIG WARMING TREND: We get to enjoy one more truly comfortable May day before things start to quickly warm up.
Daytime highs today will only reach the mid-70s. Northerly flow on the backside of a departing low-pressure system will keep humidity levels very comfortable. Things start to change on Tuesday afternoon as high pressure begins to build across the Gulf Coast. High temperatures will climb 10 degrees from Monday to Tuesday.
It won’t take long before we begin to see highs in the 90°s.
