Followed by good food, come reasonable prices and adequate serving sizes. Also ranking high on the list for most of us would be customer service, and I still think a lot of us require a certain amount of “ambience” to enjoy our meal as well.
As a certain chicken chain found out recently, when you first open, you can expect crowds to line up around the block to come give your food a try. If you haven’t delivered or the novelty has worn out, you’d better have some of those aforementioned attributes as part of your business plan if you want to survive.
