BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man is accused of shooting and killing a pet goat and trying to extort money from a person he said was having an affair with his girlfriend and others.
Morgan Bailey, 44, was charged with cruelty to animals, extortion, aggravated battery, and false imprisonment, offender armed with dangerous weapon.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office was called to a home in the City of St. George around 1:15 p.m. on Monday, July 21, to investigate a disturbance call.
