Double trouble: Alleged tool shed burglar bonds out & is busted burglarizing jail property less than 24 hours later

EAST BATON ROUGE — On Tuesday, just one day after Henry Taylor bonded out of jail for burglary, he’s back behind bars again — this time for allegedly breaking into facilities around the EBR Parish Prison.

Taylor was arrested on Monday, July 21, after allegedly breaking into a home’s tool shed. It’s also why the homeowner fired a warning shot into the ground after finding Taylor in his shop. Taylor ran into the nearby woods and surrendered roughly two hours later.

He was booked into the parish prison with his bond set at $10,000. Court records show Taylor made bond early Tuesday morning and allegedly burglarized around the parish prison as soon as he was released…
