BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — One person was taken to the hospital from the scene of a shooting early on Thursday, July 24, according to emergency medical services officials.
Personnel responded around 2:35 a.m. to the 1600 block of Jade Avenue near Gardere Lane. Officials said the condition of the person transported was unknown.
