BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The family of a woman who was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Baton Rouge say she was pregnant, making the loss even more difficult.
“I don’t wish this type of evil on anybody,” Kevin Carter said.
Carter says he came home from work Sunday morning to yellow tape and devastating news.
“I’m like. What’s going on? You know? And then I got a call from somebody, right when I was walking up. It was like, hey, you know this and that happened over there, you know, by your cousin’s house, you know? And I was like, wait. I couldn’t believe it,” Carter said…
