BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Baton Rouge Police Department is searching for Kelvin Williams, 48, who is wanted on multiple charges.
The charges include first-degree vehicular negligent injuring, DWI (3rd offense), speeding, and operating a vehicle while under suspension.
