Local man bottling unique La. flavors

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Louisiana is known for its Cajun and Creole cuisines. A local Baton Rouge man is trying to bottle up these unique flavors to share with the world.

As you make your way onto the Bluff, Gregory Chisley is oftentimes the first face you see. He’s been with Southern University’s Traffic Department for three years now, but waiving people through and giving directions is just his day job. His real passion started at a young age thanks to his dad.

“Your parents tell you to go to the store and make sure you find something that’ll make the food taste good and that’s all I was raised on,” recalled Chisley. “When I got 15 and started cooking, I said something isn’t right.”…
