BATON ROUGE — East Baton Rouge deputies arrested a man for a charge of attempted second-degree murder after he allegedly ran over his girlfriend during an argument. The girlfriend had at least two protective orders against the man. This is not the first time he’s been arrested on domestic-related charges, according to arrest records.
The incident occurred on Aug. 10 at a home on Cherryl Road in East Baton Rouge Parish. That’s off of Greenwell Springs Rd. near N. Flannery Rd.
