BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Investigators are working to figure out what caused an overnight house fire.
It happened around 1 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 15, on Sherwood Street near Plank Road.
According to the Baton Rouge Fire Department, the vacant house was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on the scene. Crews went to work protecting neighboring homes and attacking the fire…
