Baton Rouge man accused of breaking into Pete Maravich Assembly Center

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man is accused of breaking into and causing damage to the Pete Maravich Assembly Center (PMAC) on LSU’s campus.

Timothy Johnson, 28, of Baton Rouge, was charged with simple escape, battery of a police officer, and simple burglary.

The Louisiana State University Police Department was called to the PMAC around 4:20 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 14.
