BATON ROUGE — A fiery crash on Interstate 10 has left one family shattered, taking the life of 34-year-old Cody Pounds and leaving his fiancée, Holly Rogers, fighting for hers.
Friends who were traveling just ahead of the couple quickly turned back when they realized what happened. They managed to pull Rogers from the wreckage, but despite their desperate efforts, they couldn’t save Cody.
