BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A shocking video has sparked outrage in Baton Rouge after Roderick Forkner, a Southern University student, was killed and his passenger was injured in a shooting at a red light.
The incident occurred when one car pulled up next to another, and gunfire erupted from an automatic weapon.
