BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An investigation into a reported stabbing led to the arrest of a woman on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
Shawniqueca Rogers, 46, of Baton Rouge, was charged with resisting an officer, attempted second-degree murder, and resisting a police officer with force or violence.
The Baton Rouge Police Department was called to a home on Conrad Drive around 5:20 p.m.
When police arrived, Rogers was handcuffed and another woman was found to have a cut close to her chin. EMS was then called to the scene…
