BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man was taken into custody after being accused of exposing a woman to AIDS.
The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to a disturbance at 11:59 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10. The investigation led to the arrest of Victor Williams, 43, of Baton Rouge.
