Teenage electric scooter thief arrested after taking multiple shots at victim, grazing them

A Baton Rouge man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly stealing an electric scooter from another person and then shooting at them multiple times, grazing them.

Jamal McKenzie, 17, was arrested Wednesday by Baton Rouge police on a count each of armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder.
