BATON ROUGE, La. — The community is mourning the loss of Leo Wayne Waddell, a respected entrepreneur, committed public servant, who died on Friday in Baton Rouge at the age of 76 following a long illness.
Born in Shreveport, Waddell dedicated his career and his passion to North Louisiana, leaving an indelible mark on both its commerce and its political landscape.
