BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – BREC’s family-friendly and dog-friendly Halloween event is back!
According to BREC, this year’s annual Howl-O-Ween event is on Friday, Oct. 10. It is from 6-8 p.m. at Forest Community Park.
