Offroad vehicle driver facing third DWI after producing BAC% over two times legal limit

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Louisiana man was charged with DWI for the third time after a traffic stop on LA. 70 near Bayou Corne.

Cody Joseph Leonard, 48, of Belle Rose was charged with driving while intoxicated – third offense – felony, driving an offroad vehicle upon a public roadway, and no safety helmet.
