BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A 19th Judicial District Judge did not rule on Gad Black’s sanity despite a hearing that was scheduled today.
Black is accused of intentionally ramming into Caleb Eisworth on his way home on Joor Road earlier this year. Eisworth was hospitalized after that crash and died months later.
