Frank E. Floyd, Jr., 46, of Plaquemine, Louisiana, was arrested after missing a court appearance in Assumption Parish. He was scheduled to appear on July 28, 2025, on a felony methamphetamine possession charge. Floyd did not attend the hearing. A warrant for his arrest was issued on July 29, 2025.
