The Southern University System, together with the Southern University Foundation, announced it has received $360 million in public and private gifts for its ‘Imagine Southern’ Capital Campaign. This amount represents nearly 50 percent of the campaign’s $750 million goal, reached within two years of its launch in 2024.
The funds will support all five campuses in the Southern University System. These include Southern University and A&M College, Southern University at New Orleans, Southern University at Shreveport, the Southern University Law Center, and the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center.
