AN independent supermarket chain is swooping in to replace 10 Winn-Dixie locations in 2026.
The acquisition comes as Winn-Dixie’s parent company looks to cut down its store amount in states outside of its home base.
Rouses Markets will take over 10 grocery store locations in Louisiana and Mississippi, Ali Rouse Royster, the third-generation owner of Rouses Markets wrote on LinkedIn.
