LOUISIANA — Baton Rouge Police arrested 28-year-old Kwaijuan Robvais Wednesday after a traffic stop revealed drugs and a large amount of cash in his vehicle, authorities said.
Robvais, who was also a fugitive wanted by East Baton Rouge Parish deputies, was booked on drug charges and fugitive-related offenses.
