BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An armed robbery suspect accused of taking $500 from a restaurant employee was arrested.
The Denham Springs Police Department said Carlos Brooks, 42, was charged with armed robbery involving the use of a firearm. Brooks allegedly brandished a gun and demanded cash from an Off the Hook Employee after 11 a.m. Nov. 16.
