A 22-year-old Baton Rouge man was arrested for allegedly shooting a man at the La Playa Place apartment complex on Hanks Drive this Thursday.
Darrel Thomas, 20, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish jail on a count each of second-degree murder, illegal carrying of weapons and possession of more than 14 grams of marijuana.
