BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that happened in 2022.
The Baton Rouge Police Department confirmed Charles Aites, 26, was taken into custody Monday, Dec. 1, for his involvement in the shooting death of Timothy Chapman, 21, during an armed robbery.
Police said Aites was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for first-degree murder.
