BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A massive new dining option is coming to Baton Rouge.
Buffet of Louisiana will open in December at 9626 Airline Highway, Ste C-2-A in Hammond Aire Plaza. This new spot will give residents a tasty option for Chinese and Asian cuisine.
The 13,000-square-foot restaurant will have room for 350 guests. It will serve an all-you-can-eat buffet. Diners can look forward to a range of fresh dishes. They will find classic Chinese favorites, Asian-inspired specialties, ramen, sushi, a Mongolian grill, and traditional Chinese entrées…
