On December 5, 2025, the Louisiana State Police graduated 44 cadets from its 107th Cadet Class. The ceremony was held at the First Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. The cadets completed a 24-week training program at the Louisiana State Police Training Academy. They began their training on June 22, 2025, and came from communities across Louisiana.
The training covered various law enforcement skills. The curriculum included crash investigation, emergency vehicle operations, impaired driving detection, fair and impartial policing, legal updates, advanced firearms training, and leadership development. Physical fitness was also part of the program.
