BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A former substitute teacher with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System is in trouble with the law again.
Chloe Ephron, 24, of Baton Rouge, was charged with violation of protective orders. This was the second time she was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison in a little over two weeks.
Ephron was initially charged with indecent behavior with juveniles and subsequently booked on Thursday, Nov. 20. At that time, she was accused of exchanging inappropriate text messages with a 16-year-old student.
