BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A man has been arrested after allegedly groping a 13-year-old girl, police said.
According to an arrest report, Jarreau Simmons, 28, is facing a charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile. He was taken into custody on Monday, December 8.
