BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — One person was charged in connection with a deadly Baton Rouge crash in December 2023.
Martavion Matthews, 19, of Baton Rouge, was charged with three counts of hit-and-run; death or serious bodily injury, and one count each of manslaughter, reckless operation of a vehicle, and illegal possession of stolen things $5K to $25K.
