BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A new weight loss center has opened in Baton Rouge, offering patients access to GLP-1 medications and personalized lifestyle guidance to address Louisiana’s high rates of obesity and chronic disease.
The Baton Rouge General Weight Loss Center aims to help patients explore medical weight loss options, including popular GLP-1 drugs, while addressing the broader factors that contribute to health outcomes.
“We know that Louisiana does have a very high rate of obesity as well as heart disease and other chronic conditions.
