This time, LSU is losing the kind of athlete that no team ever wants to see enter the transfer portal. To everybody’s surprise, LSU running back Kaleb Jackson has officially entered the transfer portal, dealing a major blow to Kiffin’s depth chart.
Many expected Jackson to be a core piece of LSU’s offense moving forward, and his departure leaves a significant gap in a room already losing multiple contributors. Reports confirm Jackson is the eighth player to leave in this cycle, but easily the most impactful.
