BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man accused of being the driver of a vehicle allegedly involved in a drive-by shooting has been arrested.
According to an affidavit, Qwatavious Sloan, 34, was arrested on a felony charge of assault by drive-by shooting.
On Nov. 29, around 9:30 a.m., officers with the Baton Rouge Police Department responded to a home off Plank Road and spoke with a woman who said she was a victim.
