BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed a Southern University student on Scenic Highway.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD), Zion Buck, 20, was arrested on Dec. 17 by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in connection with the shooting death of Donovan Pugh, 21.
