BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Temperatures remain well above normal right through the weekend, but that changes with an Arctic blast on Monday.
AM FOG CONCERNS CONTINUE
We continue to deal with areas of fog right into the weekend after Christmas. Travel concerns will be for those on the roads early Saturday and Sunday mornings.
A Dense Fog Advisory has already been issued for late tonight into Saturday morning. It remains to be seen if another Dense Fog Advisory will be in place for early Sunday.
FutureCast shows widespread thick fog encompassing all of the WAFB viewing area around daybreak Saturday. Fog should clear by mid morning. Motorists should use low beam headlights, watch for kids playing in neighborhoods, and allot extra time to get to their final destination…
