BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – With New Year’s Eve approaching, veterinarians are reminding pet owners to prepare their animals for the loud sounds of fireworks that can cause severe anxiety and trauma.
Kayleigh Pace says her 8-year-old dog Dixie was born anxious and struggles during holidays with fireworks.
