BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A second suspect was arrested in connection to a Baton Rouge home invasion that turned deadly.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Quen’Braylon Dunn, 21, was identified as a suspect in the death of a 21-year-old Southern University student, Donovan Pugh.
