The Baton Rouge Mardi Gras Festival returns for its 13th year on Saturday, Feb. 14.
The main event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at North Boulevard Town Square, 222 North Blvd., with the pre-party from 7 p.m. to midnight Thursday, Feb. 12, at Henry Turner Jr.’s Listening Room, 2733 North St.
