BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting of a 2-year-old girl around 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31, in Baton Rouge.
Landrick Ruffin Jr. was charged with six counts of attempted first-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon following the incident.
According to BRPD, the girl was shot in the 2500 block of 79th Street.
Police said that one of the victims was driving in the 1500 block of Harding Boulevard when she saw a vehicle that she believed had been stolen from her during a previous incident…
