BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Walker man accused of throwing a bottle into a business and attacking Assumption Parish deputies while being booked into jail faces multiple charges.
Deputies responded to a Plattenville area business after a bottle was tossed through a window. According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, Brayden Dean Guilliams, 25, was found “loud and unruly and appeared intoxicated” after the incident.
Guilliams was taken to the Assumption Parish Detention Center to be booked when the law enforcement agency said he became uncooperative and attacked deputies. He allegedly threatened physical harm to deputies and their families.
He was charged with battery of a police officer, resisting arrest by force or violence, public intimidation, disturbing the peace by intoxication, criminal trespass, simple criminal damage to property and littering. Guilliams was released from jail on a $15,000 bond…
